About the group
Two clinicians, one shared lens
With over 30 years of combined experience, Elisha Bidwell, LMFT and Cristy Ragland bring a rich and diverse clinical background to this group. United by their passion for supporting therapists working with complex developmental trauma, parenting, and neurodivergence, they approach their work through the lens of attachment and interpersonal neurobiology.
This monthly, closed consultation group is designed for therapists who value connection, reflection, and co-regulation. Facilitated by Elisha and Cristy, the group blends traditional clinical consultation with expressive modalities such as sandtray work — engaging both the analytical and imaginative mind.
