Yes! We provide online therapy across the entire state of Texas. Many of our clients appreciate the flexibility and comfort of meeting from home. Some therapists also offer in-person sessions in Pflugerville if that’s your preference.

We know that the therapeutic relationship matters more than anything. If you’re not sure where to start, we’re happy to help you find a therapist whose experience and style align with what you're needing. We offer free 15 minute consultations to help you find the right fit. Just let us know a bit about what you’re looking for—and we’ll walk with you from there.

Yes, some of our therapists are in-network with Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum, and Oscar. Others are private pay. We’re happy to provide Superbills for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan includes that. Check out more on our rates page.

Rates vary based on therapist level (associate, senior associate, licensed clinician). Sessions typically range from $115 to $160 for 50 minutes. Longer sessions are available if needed. You can view our full rates and insurance info here.

The first session is about getting to know you—your story, your goals, and what’s bringing you in. We’ll explore what’s feeling stuck or painful and what support might look like. No pressure to dive into everything right away. It’s a soft landing place, not a spotlight.

Absolutely. We offer play therapy, sandtray, and talk therapy for kids and teens, as well as parent consultations. We also support neurodivergent youth, adoptees, and those navigating anxiety, identity, or school-related stress. Most of the time, your therapist will meet with caregivers before having your child come in. This gives some space for you to share history, concerns, goals, etc. with the therapist without your child present. Caregivers will be expected to meet with therapist for regular check-ins and to engage in the process. This doesn’t mean parents will be in the room with their child but more that we believe caregivers have way more impact on their child and know their child better than the therapist- so we want to be able to support the whole system in helping your child. 

That’s okay. Many people start therapy because something feels “off,” but they don’t have words for it yet. We can sit with that uncertainty and help you explore what’s beneath it—without rushing you toward answers.

Most clients start with weekly sessions, but we’ll figure out the right rhythm for you. Therapy is a collaborative process—you don’t have to commit to anything beyond what feels supportive and sustainable.

Yes. We offer individual, couples, and family therapy. If it’s helpful to include someone in your process, we’ll talk about how to do that safely and intentionally.

We hear that more often than you’d think. We take seriously the trust it takes to come back to therapy after being hurt or dismissed. You deserve care that feels safe, attuned, and respectful of your whole self. We’re open to talking about what didn’t work—and exploring what might feel different this time.
